Often I get asked, what does "GrayCon" mean? Well folks, it's my twin boys names Grayson and Connor combined into one. I wanted my own unique name for my own catering business and thought this was so sentimental and meaningful. 

I have a 15 year journey in the culinary world, and it has been a fantastic time and learning experience. I apprenticed for 4 years at my wonderful, previous job at the University of Saskatchewan. The experience I had working there those 5 years has made me into who I am today, and I can't thank that enough. 

Life happened, and we were blessed and welcomed with two amazing sweet boys. It changed our lives, and especially mine I was finally going to go ahead with my plans and goals and began my own registered catering business! The cost of living is not cheap, that being daycare and everything else that comes apart of life. 

So like any other parent, you are going to do the best you can to support your family. The support from all of my amazing family and friends, and all the wonderful people I get to meet through catering has truly made my dream come true.
